San Francisco Shorts Emanu-El gives money to help needy

The Emanu-El Community Service Fund has awarded more than $25,000 to six community organizations serving the local needy.
The six are Back on Track Tutoring, Caring For Children Inc., Larkin Street Youth Center, Little Brothers/Friends of the Elderly

Simcha plans ski trip to Alpine Meadows

Simcha, the singles and young adults group of San Francisco's Congregation Sherith Israel, plans a ski trip to Alpine Meadows the weekend of Jan. 26-28.
