Wedding

Toni Ferraro and Robert Purnell were married on October 22, 2006 at the Marin Art and Garden Center in Ross, CA. Cantor David Margules of Congregation Rodef Sholom officiated the ceremony.

The bride is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Masters Degree from Eastern Washington University. She has a private psychotherapy practice serving Marin and San Francisco and will use the name Toni Purnell both personally and professionally. She is the daughter of Elizabeth Ferraro and the late Salvatore Ferraro of Naples, Florida.

The groom is a Principal with investment company Shepherd Capital, L.P. He received his MBA/MA from the Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania. He is the son of Dr. Glenn Purnell and Florence Purnell of Des Moines, Iowa.

The couple met last year through a mutual friend while Rob was getting a haircut and Toni was walking her dog. They live in Mill Valley.
