Albert and Pamela King Palitz of Lafayette and Eric Goldman and Laurie Weisberg of San Francisco are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Zoe Palitz and Brian Goldman. Zoe is the granddaughter of Patricia King of Fairfield, Conn. and Merriem and Shepard Palitz of Bakersfield. Brian is the grandson of Gilda and Joe Weisberg of Saratoga.

The couple met at Yale, from which they graduated in 2005. Following graduation, Zoe taught sixth grade in the Bronx, N.Y., through the Teach for America program, and Brian was a consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York City. Both are starting Stanford Law School this fall. A wedding is planned for summer 2008.
