Births

Diana Blank Epstein and David Epstein of San Mateo are very pleased to announce the birth of their son, Joshua Herbert, born on Oct. 25. Rachel Rebecca is the loving big sister (age 2 1/2). Grandparents are Beverly Schonbrunn and Murray Blank, Roslyn Epstein and the late Cantor Herbert Epstein. Although born 8 days early, he weighed a resounding 9 lbs. and 7 oz. And he was born with a full head of brownish black hair. Joshua’s Hebrew name is Chayim Yehoshua.

Talia Freya and Daniella Sara were welcomed with great joy and gratitude by their parents, Dr. Steven Sloan and Rhona Edelbaum Sloan and their big brother, Myles, 4, on November 15, 2007. Talia weighed in at 5 pounds, 14 ounces and Daniella at 6 pounds, 3 ounces. Proud grandparents include Dr. David and Arline Edelbaum of Los Angeles and Harriet and the late Martin Sloan, formerly of Cleveland and currently, Palm Springs.

Sadie Rose Fischer, born on September 25, to Rachelle and Adam Fischer of San Diego. Proud grandparents are: Barbara Eisenberg, Jack and Valentina Eisenberg, Bobbi Fischer, Michael and Irene Fischer. Great Grandfather is Robert Fischer. Aunts are Darlene Eisenberg and Jill Fischer and Uncle Sam Eisenberg. We are all so happy with our beautiful Sadie Rose.
