Maxwell Simon Donner, a son born March 10 to Michael and Christine Donner of San Francisco. Grandparents are Conrad and Sandra Donner of San Francisco and Andy and Alice Arena of Marblehead, Mass.

Sascha Joëlle (in honor of her late great uncle, Joel Katz) was born on March 12, 2008 to Mari and Marc Ettlinger of Oakland. Sister of Maia, granddaughter of Roy and Edith Ettlinger of Newton, Mass. and Arne & Sarah Greenberg of Tiburon and Jackie Greenberg of Greenbrae.
