New kosher pastry for after Passover
Raley’s will begin carrying kosher Dulce De Leche Roulade in the frozen pastry section of its Northern California supermarkets.
It is baked by the James Skinner Baking Company of Omaha, Neb., the nation’s sixth-largest baker and certified under the Orthodox Union as dairy.
Andy Greenberg, Skinner’s marketing director, says the pastry is “perfect for family simchas, Shabbat Kiddush and is especially geared for the first night of the last day of Passover when we all have a craving for pastry after binging out on matzah.”
