San Francisco Short JCC health club reopening is delayed

The JCC's own health club closed in mid-1995 due to a budget deficit that also led to layoffs and reduced programming at the JCC.

JCC officials decided last year to turn to an outside source to run the health club after determining they didn't have the money to do it on their own.
